Over the past year I have experienced tremendous growth in my construction and development business. Most of the growth has come from our focus on certain industries that remain in good growth modes. The growth itself is great, the funding to keep pace stinks! Try to find a lender that can look past the fact that you don't own massive amounts of real estate or other assets. The frustration of having tremendous opportunities to provide on going employment in this industry, and yet not being able to act on it, is overwhelming. Partly out of that frustration, I started this blog page.
I am looking for stories that we all can share with other companies and entrepreneurs in our state. Your experience may be just the help or insight others need to hear to take their vision to the next level.
